Course Overview

The Prince's Trust Personal Development and Employability Skills Qualification is designed to help young people develop the essential skills needed for personal growth and success in the workplace. This course provides a blend of practical activities, work experience, and theoretical knowledge aimed at boosting confidence, improving employability, and fostering personal development.

Assessment: Assessment is continuous and based on a portfolio of evidence that learners compile throughout the course. This includes.

- Written assignments and reflective journals

- Feedback from work placements and volunteering experiences
