Each year we are delighted to invite parents, carers and prospective students to Westlands School's annual Open Events.  Our annual Open Evening for September 2025 intake will take place on 24th September 2024.  Below are the full details of the Open Evening and Open Morning events.

Open Evening

On Tuesday 24 September, we will be holding our Open Evening which will start at 5:30pm and end at 8pm.  During the course of the evening you will be able to tour the school and see the wide range of subjects we have to offer your child.  Our teachers will be available throughout the evening to speak to you and your child about their subjects and answer any questions you may have.  You will also be able to speak to our students about their experiences both in specific subjects and regarding the school as a whole.

Periodically throughout the evening, the Headteacher will be holding the same Headteacher talk as you will experience at the Open Morning Tours. These are only intended for those parents who are unable to attend an Open Morning Tour.   Due to popular demand our Headteacher Talks for the evening are now fully booked.

Open Morning Tours will take place every day between Monday 30 September to Friday 4 October and will last for approximately 80 minutes.  There are two tours available each day, the first starting at 9am and the second at 11:15am.  

Each tour will begin with a Headteacher talk, where the Headteacher will share with you key information about our school, our values and how we ensure our students reach their full potential.  We will then give you the opportunity to tour the whole school site, experiencing for yourself what a typical day at Westlands School is like.
